Complaints Report: 2022/2023

The academy continues to investigate all concerns and complaints raised in accordance with our “Procedures for Handling Complaints” which is available on the academy website.

Where parents raise very low-level concerns directly with staff, these are resolved quickly through timely communication and have to date not progressed to the procedure through the complaints policy.
